As a result of our niche expertise in certain areas, often our standard contingency practices resemble more closely a search and selection assignment, whereby we need to target specific companies and headhunt sought after candidates.

We have undertaken a small number of search assignments within our niche markets. These have tended to be for senior roles for Lead Consultants, Practice Directors and Senior Sales.
