Contingency Recruitment: Contract and Permanent

The overwhelming majority of our business is delivered through contingency recruitment with a high percentage of that coming through technical roles such as software development, web development, technical support, technical consultancy, presales and sales roles at all levels. As a result of our niche expertise in certain areas, often our standard contingency practices resemble more closely a search and selection assignment, whereby we need to target specific companies and headhunt sought after candidates.

Search & Selection

We have undertaken a small number of search assignments within our niche markets. These have tended to be for senior roles for Lead Consultants, Practice Directors and Senior Sales.
