My client are looking for an outstanding individual with a proven track record in Service Management to join their highly successful and experienced consultancy & training team. The right candidate will hold an ITIL Red Badge qualification. The selected person will be self-motivated, a good team player with practical experience and in-depth knowledge of IT service provision. The individual will have at least one of the following:
· Previous relevant consultancy experience
· Developed strategic change programmes within their organisation
· Worked as a service architect within a major organisation
The consultant will be required to undertake assignments with customers where typical projects include:
· Reviewing current service provision
· Strategic solution design and development
· Managing & advising on service improvement programmes
· Implementing and designing service management processes
· Training clients in the principles and processes of service management
· Interim management
Of particular importance is the ability to generate new business from exisiting clients alongside the consultancy.
