QA Mobile Testing engineer, Android, Iphone, Web Service

Salary: 50K Negotiable depending on experience

My client is one of the largest online companies and urgently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance person, with excellent Test Automation knowledge in the Mobile domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the overall quality assurance and testing effort on projects Design, develop and execute automated and manual tests
• Contribute to increasing test coverage on Automated Mobile Device and Web Service testing
• Assume ownership of project QA requirements and deliverables

Key Skills:

• Test experience with applications and components on one or more Mobile platforms (Android SDK, iPhone SDK, HTML5/CSS3, REST and RIM/BlackBerry
• Test Automation and remote Mobile testing experience using either Device Anywhere, TestPlan or Perfecto
• Demonstratable understanding of transactional product usability issues, preferably in the mobile services industry
• Educated to degree level in a science or technology related field Background in functional/automated testing with the ability to plan, design, script and execute test cases
• Experience of Agile software development practices
• Experienced in the maintenance of automated test scripts Proven diagnostic and debugging skills
• Proactive work ethic with the ability to deliver results and meet challenging deadlines
• Good communication skills (written, oral, presentations)
