My client is looking for an Account Manager. This is mainly a field-based role. Their office is based in Basingstoke although there is the option to work from home when not on client sites.
Responsibilities:
· Achieve a target based upon software and services revenue and targeted Key Performance indicators
· Follow up on all DWS marketing campaigns with aim to drive opportunity growth and revenue
· Contact all category C accounts to identify sales opportunities
· Drive attendance to xVP (ERP) user groups
· Spend at least one/two days a week visiting their own named accounts to drive opportunity growth and deliver software and services revenue
Minimum Requirements:
· A minimum of 3 years selling experience of business solutions
· Must have a competent approach with technology and software
· Proven record of building a pipeline, qualifying and identifying deals that can be closed
· Must be results driven and able to achieve/exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with internal/external clients
· Team player
· High energy levels and driven to succeed
· Skilled approach to prospecting, forecasting, resource allocation, and planning of new business deals
· Competent user of CRM, Microsoft office including PowerPoint and Excel
· Ideally educated to either A Level or Degree level in business
